Team Leader Development Engineer Software

• Technical leadership and further development of the development team, capacity planning
• Management of the development of assembly and subsystem software with schedule and budget control at team level
• Design and evaluation of software architectures at assembly and subsystem level in the field of military/automotive applications in the quotation phase
• Conceptualisation of new digital vehicle architectures, taking into account the state of the art in the automotive sector
• Selection and application of suitable development tools within the framework of development projects
• Optimisation of the development process based on current standards such as V-Modell XT, IEC61506 and ISO26262
• Collaboration in national and international working groups for the standardisation of processes and procedures in software development (such as functional safety or Generic Vehicle Architecture GVA)

• Successfully completed degree in the fields of computer engineering, communications engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Detailed knowledge of common development methods and standards such as GVA, AUTOSAR, etc.
• Extensive experience in the field of DOORS requirement management and tools such as MATLAB or SCADE
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
