Job description
- Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects end-to-end
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR IT strategy and system design
- Take on a leadership role within project teams and guide junior consultants
- Support the further growth of the Employee Central practice, including pre-sales and new customer initiatives
- Provide ongoing customer support across day-to-day operations, release management, and continuous system optimisation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering multiple SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (2+ end-to-end projects or 4+ years of relevant experience)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
- Additional SuccessFactors module certifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM is beneficial
- Strong project leadership and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
- Team-oriented, resilient, and solution-driven personality
- Willingness to travel when required
- Very good German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
