Job description

  • Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects end-to-end
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR IT strategy and system design
  • Take on a leadership role within project teams and guide junior consultants
  • Support the further growth of the Employee Central practice, including pre-sales and new customer initiatives
  • Provide ongoing customer support across day-to-day operations, release management, and continuous system optimisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering multiple SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (2+ end-to-end projects or 4+ years of relevant experience)
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
  • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications are an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM is beneficial
  • Strong project leadership and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and solution-driven personality
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Very good German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
