Expert Software Development Tech Lead (OSS)

Aufgaben Raise the engineering maturity of the OSS platforms ServiceNow & IQGEO, ensure technical excellence and guide the evolution of systems supporting Assurance, Fulfillment and Rollout processes Act as the technical expert for all OSS-related software development and integrations Define and enforce software architecture standards, coding guidelines and DevOps best practices Consult developers and build a culture of technical craftsmanship, quality and continuous improvement Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow & IQGEO development, testing and deployment Define and establish a comprehensive test framework covering unit, integration and end-to-end testing (including test automation) Implement structured version control, branching and release management processes Check high performance, maintainability and scalability across ServiceNow modules Optimize integrations between ServiceNow, IQGEO and other OSS/BSS platforms Ensure compliance with TMF standards Promote an

API-first, modular and standards-driven architecture Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency and agility Profil Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent Relevant experience in OSS software engineering and a proven track record in technical leadership roles Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, OMT, and TNI) development and configuration of comparable solutions (e.g. Netcracker, Cramer) for Network Inventory, Fulfillment Rollout & Assurance processes Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and defining comprehensive test frameworks with automated testing Experience in defining and maintaining a robust environment strategy (dev/test/staging/prod) Understanding of TMF Forum standards and their application in OSS/BSS integration Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, Kafka, etc.) and data modeling Familiarity with IQGEO or similar network inventory / GIS systems Proficient in English; German language skills are a strong advantage Benefits A very renowned company Opportunity for project extension
