Job description

  • Lead and coordinate complex SAP-related projects from planning to implementation
  • Conduct feasibility and risk assessments for new system initiatives
  • Shape and maintain the IT roadmap for global Sales & Service processes
  • Manage external implementation partners and service providers
  • Evaluate and prioritise business change requests in line with demand management goals
  • Support internal departments with process design and solution concepts
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams and act as a key stakeholder liaison
  • Play an active role in the company's multi-year S/4HANA transformation journey

Requirements

  • Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in SAP project management, ideally focused on the SD module
  • Strong understanding of cross-system IT architecture and integration
  • Skilled in SAP SD customizing, with knowledge of related modules and automotive-style order processes (e.g. delivery scheduling)
  • Familiarity with IDoc analysis and authorisation management
  • Basic technical skills for debugging and issue analysis
  • Advantageous: experience with variant configuration
  • Independent, structured, and collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with business stakeholders
  • Fluent in both German and English
