Job description
- Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking vision for myneva.analytics, rooted in customer needs, regulatory requirements, and our myneva-wide common data model.
- Turn data needs, reporting requirements, and stakeholder insights into epics, user stories, and actionable roadmaps that deliver real value and measurable outcomes.
- Balance new analytical features, KPI frameworks, data model enhancements, and technical robustness to ensure a scalable, maintainable analytics platform.
- Ensure that dashboards, visualizations, and insights are intuitive, consistent, and impactful positioning myneva.analytics as a strategic decision-support tool for our customer organizations - enabling better decisions and improved care quality - while acknowledging that it is not aimed at individual caregivers in their daily work.
- Work closely with Product Owners of other myneva products to ensure high-quality data flows, alignment with the common data model, and a seamless experience across the entire platform.
- Incorporate data protection, data quality, and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR) into analytics design and delivery.
- Use product usage data, feedback, and performance metrics to guide decisions and continuously enhance insight quality, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Experience:5+ years in product or project management, ideally with SaaS, BI, analytics, or data platform products with hands-on SQL skills.
- Agile mindset: Strong experience with agile development, refinement, prioritization, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Customer empathy: Ability to understand both management stakeholders and operational care users - and translate needs into simple, effective analytics.
- Analytical strengths: Data-savvy, structured, and able to make clear decisions that balance quick wins and long-term product scalability.
- Regulatory awareness: Experience embedding data privacy, security, and governance requirements into product design.
- Domain understanding: Knowledge of the social care or child & youth welfare domain is an advantage - however, direct care experience is not required.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working in an international product organization with shared processes and interconnected roadmaps.
