Job description

Better Planner is the newest product in the Bettermile suite, built to redefine how logistics operations plan, predict, and execute. Our mission is to turn complex operational data into precise, automated decisions. AI that solves essential, real-world problems at scale. You will be part of an experienced, fast-moving, highly collaborative, and flat-hierarchy team.

We are looking for a product owner who can pair innovation with practical execution. The product is only at its inception, giving you substantial influence over its direction and the opportunity to shape a system that will drive the next years of parcel logistics intelligence!

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

  • Define the vision and roadmap for Better Planner, aligned with Bettermile's ecosystem
  • Translate depot workflows and needs into actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features
  • Work closely with GLS operations teams across countries to support rollout and adoption
  • Integrate Better Planner seamlessly with Better Route and Backoffice systems
  • Define success metrics (e.g., route preparation time, adoption rate, planning accuracy)
  • Drive AI-driven innovation, such as predictive sequencing and automated planning suggestions
  • Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * You will be surrounded by like-minded, driven, skilled, and highly motivated people who are keen to contribute to successful solutions., * Experience working with data products, APIs, or AI/ML solutions

  • 5+ years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience
  • Strong background in logistics, SaaS, or data-driven B2B products
  • Excellent collaboration skills across technical and operational teams
  • Comfortable working with complex stakeholder ecosystems (depots, ops, data, engineering)
  • Fluent in English
  • Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to travel to operational depots

  • Knowledge of any other European languages
