Job description
Join T&N as a System Engineer in Dietlikon, specializing in IT support. Be part of a dynamic team offering tailored ICT solutions., Become part of our team! For our location in Dietlikon, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an ambitious personality as a System Engineer for the IT Service Desk. Service services are the foundation of a long-term customer relationship, so you are very important to us.
Your tasks
- Coordination of our Service Desk team of 3-5 employees
- Planning personnel resources for the Service Desk & on-call duty
- Ensuring Service Desk quality (tracking SLAs and monitoring messages)
- Processing and resolving support requests 1st to 2nd level (by phone, email or ticketing) in daily dialogue with our customers
- Classifying, processing and documenting support tickets
- Troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting
- Independently analyzing, processing and resolving system faults
- User administration and policy assignment via Active Directory
- Initiating escalation procedures
- Creating and updating instructions and documentation
Requirements
- Completed IT education with at least 5 years in service desk roles.
- Strong analytical skills and broad IT knowledge in Microsoft environments.
- Excellent communication in German and English, calm under pressure., * At least 5 years of experience in the service desk
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
- High analytical and conceptual skills
- Broad IT knowledge in the Microsoft system environment
- Knowledge in the areas of Windows Server and functions/roles, Active Directory, Exchange Server as well as Citrix and virtualization
- Knowledge in network and security environment
- Strong helpfulness as well as quality and sense of duty
- Calm and composed handling of customers even in difficult situations
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness for on-call duty (approx. 4 weeks / year)
