Job description
- Design, configuration, and testing of SAP HCM functionalities
- Consulting and implementation of business requirements in SAP solutions
- Integration of SAP HCM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and other modules
- Participation in implementation projects, rollouts, and change management processes
- Handling support and change requests from the key user community
- Ensuring documentation and compliance with SAP best practices
- Continuous development and monitoring of new SAP technologies
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP HCM with deep knowledge.
- SAP certification in HCM PY and knowledge of HCM PT.
- Experience with agile methods and international projects., * At least 7 years of experience in SAP HCM, with solid knowledge in designing and implementing complex HR solutions.
- SAP certification in HCM PY required, HCM PT knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in integrating SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA
- Additional knowledge in SAP SF is an advantage
- Experience with agile methods and international project work
- Very good German/English skills as well as willingness to travel
