Analyst-Tester SAP SuccessFactors

For one of our clients in the Antwerp region, we are looking for a senior Functional Analyst that can provide Analyst-Tester services. You will join the HR-talent team to implement SAP SuccesFactors in the organisation.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Owner and Key User. As an Analyst-Tester, you will play a pivotal role in testing and validating the solution, and you will help ensure a smooth go-live. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in a strategic HR project, collaborate with a motivated team, and make an impact on the digital future of our organisation.

Functie

What will you be doing?

• Design & preparation
• Actively participating in all design workshops.
• Drawing up, executing and following up on the corresponding test scenarios.
• Collaborating on the detailed design and validation together with PO and BO.
• Testing & coordination
• Drawing up, executing and coordinating all SIT and UAT test plans.
• Follow up on the test scenarios and corresponding tickets in DevOps.
• Prepare and supervise UAT test sessions throughout the organisation.
• Documentation & training
• Help draw up manuals for end users.
• Together with BO and KU, prepare and deliver training courses to the various target groups throughout the organisation.
• Go-live & aftercareActively participate in the business cutover to go live.
• Point of contact and support during hypercare.

• Experience with testing and analysis in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Knowledge of HR processes and change management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on mentality and desire to help realise a project from start to finish.

Languages:

• Dutch (native of bilingual proficiency)
