Job description
As Test Automation Engineer you will be engaged in projects at our customers. You will be able to deepen your knowledge about the different tools, approaches and frameworks. You can convince our clients on how test automation should be approached and carried out. Daily you will work on:
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading test tools
- Aligning test automation activities with the manual test process
- Creation and maintenance of automated scripts and applying the latest scripting techniques
- Running all automated scripts and monitoring and assessing the execution results
- Responsible for setting up data, tools and databases to support integrated test environments
- Focus Area: East & West Flanders

Requirements
- Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),
- Starting as of 1 year experience in testing and test automation,
- A dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving environment,
- Knowledgeable of and experienced in various test tools such as UFT, Performance Center, Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Jmeter, Appium, Cucumber, FitNesse, Tricentis TOSCA, etc..
- Knowledgeable of and experienced in structured test automation processes,
- Working experience in scripting automated tests and hands-on experience with various kinds of automation tools/frameworks,
- Knowledgeable of and experienced with DevOps/CI tools such as Maven, Github, Jenkins,…
- Understands Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Able to self-organize and work in a team, problem solver, quality & detail oriented
- Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches
