Job description

As a (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
- Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices
- Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
- Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/ process documentation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation, * Appreciation: We support and value our colleagues as they are and celebrate our successes together.

Requirements
Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management. Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and/ or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB). A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams. Fluent in English & German at least B2 Flexibility & willingness to travel, * A completed degree or at least 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting and familiar with the best practice solution and methodology, to approach the design session with the expected level of quality.
