IT-Administrator

• Administration of IT infrastructure in administration and production
• Management of Microsoft 365 services and applications, as well as standard software and industry-specific applications
• Optimization of IT systems
• Installation of hardware and software
• Communication with our system house and other IT suppliers
• 1st & 2nd level support for administration and production
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Processing internal IT tickets

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration, preferably in manufacturing companies
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 services and applications
• Knowledge of local networks, end devices, and peripherals
• Optional: Experience with Baramundi Management Suite
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
