Job description

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Teams, with a strong focus on Voice, PSTN, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and integrations (AudioCodes, Anywhere365, Genesys).
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents, handle escalations, and participate in on-call rotation.
  • Act as a key technical contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness (EU/German regulatory standards, ISO).
  • Support Teams feature development, platform enhancements, and M365 integrations (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Define SOPs, mentor team members, and contribute to platform strategy and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams Voice environments.
  • Strong knowledge of PSTN, SIP, VoIP, call-center integrations, and emergency calling configurations (LBR, E911, policies, normalization rules).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of M365 services, ITIL practices, and service management tools.
  • Experience with Teams Phone System, Teams Rooms, AV hardware, and performance monitoring (Power BI, QoE).
  • German language (C1) is mandatory.

  • MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate)
  • MS-720 (Teams Voice Engineer Expert)
  • Experience with Genesys or enterprise contact-center solutions
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset
