Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights, create reports, and improve overall data efficiency., * Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data pipelines.
- Present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of machine learning basics.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
