Senior Node.js Software Engineer (100% Remote, Worldwide)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our P2P stack and expanding our ecosystem, which includes over 1500 public npm modules and robust, modular codebase. * Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications.

• Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code.
• Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules.
• Solid skillset in testing & debugging.
• Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems.
• Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team; good communication skills., * Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems: latency, throughput, etc.
• Familiarity with advanced networking concepts.
• Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech.
