Satellite Systems Engineer

• Management of TMTC I/F and inputs/ outputs of related data base (SRDB)
• Coordinate validation of TMTC I/F
• Perform analyses of satellite functional and interface requirements

Additional topics:

• Technical system budgets (electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties)
• Manage satellite internal and external interfaces (e.g. launcher interfaces)
• Flow down of the satellite requirements to subsystem level specifications
• Ensure compliance to the satellite technical requirements
• Support the generation the AIT plans and operation plans
• Supervise preparation of satellite tests and review of test results
• Define Test Specifications for System Level Tests and Verification
• Preparation for launch and flight phases
• Contribute to the project risk management for risks of technical nature

• Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
• Professional industry experience in satellite projects
• Experience in technical negotiations with the customer
• Self-managed and pro-active working style
• Ability to work with and implement processes
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience with TMTC I/F and related data base management is an asset
• Working level proficiency in written and spoken English. German and other language skills advantageous.
