Requirements

  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including process design, automation, and integrations.
  • Background in CRM technologies and how they support sales, service, and customer engagement workflows.
  • Previous lead or team coordination experience, guiding technical delivery or project direction.
  • Experience in technical consulting, working with stakeholders to design and implement CRM solutions., * Salesforce Core Cloud experience
