Job description

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH applies systems engineering methods and techniques to the development of military land vehicles. The systems analyst analyses use cases and specifies electrical and electronic components for our military land vehicles based on features and functions. As a systems analyst for electrical/electronic systems, you will work at the sub-system and subsystem level of the overall vehicle.

  • System analysis and definition of requirements as well as creation of electrical (sub)subsystem specifications and electrically relevant system documentation in compliance with the Rheinmetall development process according to the V-model
  • Use case analysis and development of system solutions for electrical features and functions
  • Coordination with the system project team and specialist departments on the technical implementation of feature/function requirements
  • Review and responsibility for the approval and maturity level of electrical (sub)subsystem specifications and electrically relevant system documentation in accordance with Rheinmetall project milestones

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or similar

  • Experience in requirements management and system requirements for mechatronic products
  • Experience with DOORS and use case analysis with UML/SysML
  • Experience in dealing with system architectures is advantageous
  • Experience in system development according to the V-model and with military or automotive standards is advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Independent working style with a high degree of flexibility
  • Team spirit, analytical thinking, willingness to learn
