Requirements
experience managing enterprise data assets with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and sustainability Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, and data architecture concepts Hands-on experience with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality frameworks Strong expertise in SAP S/4 and its application within complex business environments Deep understanding of supply chain operations, including end-to-end processes, business rules, and data dependencies Strong facilitation skills to translate data strategy into tangible business impact Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environments considered a strong advantage Technical understanding of digital solution implementation and deployment processes Programming knowledge and advanced database expertise considered a plus Strong business acumen combined with a solid data modeling background Experience defining and managing data service level agreements with diverse stakeholder groups Familiarity with standard data lifecycle methodologies and best practices Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities Demonstrates purpose-driven leadership and a strong sense of ownership and urgency Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
