Job description
Within the APPS & UX team, you manage a portfolio of web and mobile applications intended for patients, relatives, and health professionals. The APPS & UX team works on innovative products aimed at patients and the care network, supporting their entire lifecycle from ideation to deployment. It notably develops products such as InfoMed, Concerto, Ambuflow, and SwissMeds.
You define and maintain the functional vision of the products to ensure their coherence with institutional needs and user expectations. You structure and prioritize the product backlog, arbitrating requests based on added value, impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
You lead business clarification activities, facilitate workshops, identify stakeholders, and document requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional diagrams. You collaborate closely with development teams, answer functional questions, resolve ambiguities, and ensure the quality of deliverables. You prepare and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
You actively participate in functional validation and support the deployment of solutions by coordinating users and stakeholders. You propose organizational or functional improvements, anticipate evolutions, and contribute to the product strategy. You are capable of managing multiple product evolutions in parallel while ensuring a transversal vision and guaranteeing user satisfaction.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent diploma and have three to five years of experience in digital product management, as a Product Owner or product-oriented Business Analyst.
You have solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), functional analysis, and modeling.
You master writing user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and functional diagrams.
You understand the challenges related to interoperability, security, and quality in critical environments.
You are comfortable in French both written and spoken and can communicate effectively in English in a professional context. You show curiosity for new technologies and have an interest in digital health.
