Join us as a RF Drive Test Technician and be part of a dynamic team that ensures our customers get the best mobile network experience. If you love driving, are curious about network performance, and have a knack for troubleshooting, this role is for you!, Set up and execute field measurements, monitor KPIs, and troubleshoot technical issues. Collect data through drive-testing and walk-testing measurements using specialized systems like TEMS Infovista. Use mapping/GIS software (MapInfo, QGIS, Google Earth) for navigation. Analyze voice and data services, RF scanning, and prepare KPIs/KQIs and dashboards. Collaborate with tool owners, vendors, and radio engineers to troubleshoot equipment and network faults. Maintain a daily log of driving hours and project status, and ensure data transfer integrity. Manage company assets and device firmware.
Requirements
High school degree (telecommunications degree is a plus). 5+ years of driving experience with a clean record. Experience with drive testing tools and systems, TEMS Infovista solutions, and Mapping/GIS software. Basic knowledge of Antenna theory, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies. Strong IT/computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a desire to automate as much as possible. Good analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in English.
