Director, Data Center Controls Lead the Future of Data Center Efficiency As Director, Data Center Controls, you will set the global vision for advanced control systems that redefine energy efficiency and operational excellence in data centers. This is a high-impact leadership role, driving innovation across the thermal cooling chain-from chip to ambient-delivering measurable power savings and sustainability outcomes for mission-critical environments worldwide. - Architect Global Standards: Define and govern the global control systems architecture (BMS, DDCs, PLCs) for next-generation data centers.
- Drive Innovation: Lead the development of advanced control strategies and AI-driven optimization to achieve significant energy and cost efficiencies.
- Integrate Intelligence: Partner with IT and operations leaders to embed real-time analytics and predictive insights into control platforms.

Requirements
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams.
- Technical Authority: Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills, energy modeling experience, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Visionary Approach: Passion for sustainability and technology-driven transformation.
- Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master's preferred).
