Job description

  • Design & Planning: Translate business requirements into robust architecture and oversee the overall projects design and define the technical Roadmap.
  • Data Management: Architect effective data models and lead data migration initiatives.
  • Security by design: Define and implement secure solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • User Experience: Champion a seamless and efficient user experience throughout the platform.
  • Deployment: Oversee successful deployments CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
  • Collaboration: Coordinate a distributed team of Technical Lead, Developers and testers, cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Retail, Backend, …), and Product Owners to resolve challenges and shape effective solutions working in Agile mode.
  • Integration: Design and manage integrations with external systems for optimal performance (Mulesoft, API, SAP, and other middleware).
  • System & Application Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation of Salesforce systems and related applications to guarantee stability, performance, and business continuity

Requirements

  • You have a Degree (Business School, Public relations or Communications) with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end events in the luxury environment
  • You have high standards and experience within a luxury brand and watch industry
  • Experience of watch fairs is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing, sales teams, and our supplier partners as well as other departments.
  • You have a hands-on approach and you get things done
  • You have the flexibility to complete tight deadline driven assignments and accommodate urgent requests and deliverables
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are a team player, energetic and result oriented with also able to work in an international environment and create bonds within different cultural environment
