Job description

As part of the strengthening of Agile teams for one of our major clients in Zurich, we are looking for a Scrum Master (M/F) to support one or several teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum and Agile best practices. Acting as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, you will help teams improve their efficiency and continuously grow.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
  • Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum and Agile frameworks
  • Coach and support teams towards autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
  • Support release planning and coordination across teams
  • Ensure alignment between sprint goals and release objectives
  • Contribute to release readiness, cutover activities, and post-release reviews
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous delivery
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and management
  • Monitor Agile KPIs, delivery metrics, and release performance
  • Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and related frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong team spirit
  • Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Fluent English (French is a strong advantage)
