Tasks

• Ensure the smooth operation of production applications.
• Provide user support (N2/N3) and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams for effective solutions., Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 - but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. • Provide user support (N2/N3)
• Resolve incidents and follow up with various stakeholders
• Perform configurations to meet user requests
• Follow up on incidents with suppliers
• Conduct initial investigations upon the declaration of an application incident

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience.
• Proficiency in modern architectures (API, microservices, Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication., * You hold an engineering degree or equivalent
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT technician in an industrial environment.
• You master modern architectures (API, microservices, Cloud), Java (Springboot), Javascript/Typescript, Frontend Frameworks
• You are autonomous in your actions and able to collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and Application Managers
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You master French and English
• You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
