Job description
Urgent requirement for a security and vulnerability engineer for a leading Swiss bank in Basel, Switzerland. Responsibilities -Perform complex penetration testing, red teaming exercises, and vulnerability assessments across all layers of our infrastructure (network, application, cloud, endpoint) -Oversee the vulnerability management life cycle to ensure the timely identification, classification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities across the bank's technology stack -Provide recommendations on how to enhance security controls and mitigate identified risks -Continuously update your knowledge of emerging threats, attack vectors, and cutting-edge security testing techniques to maintain the bank's security edge -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and prepare comprehensive reports for executive audiences on security posture and risk mitigation efforts -Ensure that all security practices and recommendations align with Swiss banking regulations and international
Requirements
cybersecurity standards Requirements -University degree in computer science or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education -Additional training in penetration testing, vulnerability management, APT simulation and security tools development -10 years of professional experience in offensive security and vulnerability management -Experience with offensive security and development of security tools -Successful track record in security consultancy -Ability to weigh problems and set priorities -Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability and ability to work with various stakeholders -Hands-on mentality and strong analytical and problem solving skills -Capability to work independently -Leadership experience If you are interested and have the relevant experience required, please send your CV to vipul.patel@ateca.co.uk
