Job description
About the role As an IT/OT Engineer, you will translate business and technical requirements into robust, future-proof IT/OT solutions within a pharmaceutical environment. You combine knowledge of IT infrastructure and operational technology with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and innovation.
Key responsibilities -Analyse business and technical requirements -Design and document IT/OT architectures and system topologies -Support implementation and coordinate integrations with vendors -Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP, and relevant regulations -Drive process optimization and automation initiatives -Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals
Your profile -You have 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical environment -You have strong knowledge of IT infrastructures and automation systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, MES, Historians) -You understand system architectures, integrations, data flows, and communication protocols -You are familiar with GMP/GAMP requirements and pharma compliance standards -You are an effective communicator, able to explain and defend technical solutions to stakeholders -You are a team player with proven leadership capabilities when needed -You are fluent in English -You are based in or willing to relocate to the Kempen region, Belgium

Requirements
