Job description
- Developing and maintaining Flutter/Dart-based user interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment systems
- Implementing responsive, performant, and accessible human-machine interfaces (HMI) optimized for automotive use cases
- Analyzing functional specifications and collaborating with UX designers to define clear HMI requirements
- Working closely with backend teams to integrate vehicle data, media features, and connectivity capabilities
- Conducting thorough software testing and debugging while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience developing frontends using Flutter framework
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and embedded environments
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Rust & Python
- Familiarity with software development processes including requirements engineering, software design, Agile Scrum, and DevOps
- Hands-on experience with tools like CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab), Jira, Confluence, and requirements management systems
- Understanding of or strong interest in automotive technology (vehicle architecture, CAN, regulations, infotainment systems)
- Ability to work at least 2 days per week on-site in Brussels
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Valid Category B driver's licens
