IT Support (Fr&Du) - Business Services - Brussels North M/V/X

• You communicate with external suppliers.
• You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
• You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.
• You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects.
• As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
• You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• First experience in IT support
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Driver's license required
• Dynamic, with good communication skills, and ready to join a fun team
