Job description
- Define and promote IT Continuity & Resilience strategy.
- Oversee IT Continuity and Resilience management.
- Implement policies, frameworks, and tools for IT Continuity, IT Resilience, and Cyber Resilience.
- Report on IT Continuity & Resilience.
- Coordinate Cyber Resilience initiatives., Join a multidisciplinary team ensuring the organization's ability to respond to critical IT failures. Collaborate across teams on resiliency topics, follow up with continuity contacts, and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
Requirements
- Embody Agile values: involvement, focus, openness, respect, courage.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable with responsibility and clear communication.
- Managerial skills are a plus., * 5+ years in infrastructure resiliency.
- Ability to communicate resiliency expectations clearly.
Technical (Mandatory):
- Technology landscape, stakeholder management, communication best practices.
- Architecture review for resiliency, process importance, presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Databases, Middleware.
Business:
- Agile methodology knowledge.
