Lead data architect / crew manager

To make sure our team can keep growing in this environment, we are also opening this Data Architect position to take a role as internal crew manager. A crew manager is someone who, next to working with clients, also gets a part time role in managing the internal team of consultants. A crew manager shapes the vision of the team, fosters innovation and advises people on what to learn next.

• Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is a big plus. Fluency in French is a plus.
• You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar by experience.
• You have extensive experience (3+ years) with Data Modelling, Data Transformations and Data Governance on any Cloud Provider. Extensive experience on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Storage, Dataform ..) is a big plus.
• You have knowledge about the active data environment outside of Google Cloud (dbt, Airbyte, PowerBI ..)
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our customers and our multidisciplinary team.
• You can build relationships with customers on all levels.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to try new things.
• You can work together with various stakeholders to design architectures to solve the problems they face now and in the future.
