Job description

  • High-performance frontend development of digital products - from classic corporate websites to complex eCommerce platforms and data-driven interactive dashboards
  • Analyzing frontend project requirements and evaluating the appropriate frontend architecture together with your Lead Developer
  • Managing complete projects within interdisciplinary teams consisting of frontend and backend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and more
  • Independent development of HTML/CSS/JavaScript modules
  • Implementing sophisticated animation and design concepts as well as their data-driven optimization
  • Continuous improvement of digital products used daily by thousands of international users
  • Taking on technical responsibility within projects - e.g., mentoring other developers, conducting code reviews, and actively sharing best practices within the team
  • Gradually taking on leadership tasks with the clear goal of developing together with us into a Lead role
  • Ongoing development and re-evaluation of our frontend technology stack

What you can contribute

Requirements

  • Excellent skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6
  • Knowledge of common frontend development tools such as TypeScript, SASS, Tailwind, Storybook, or Vite
  • Experience with or strong interest in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React
  • Solid understanding of challenges around UX/UI, web performance, browser compatibility, and accessibility
  • Experience in integrating web services
  • Strong sense for team and project leadership combined with the motivation to share knowledge - the perfect foundation for your further development into a Lead role
  • Confidence, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills
  • Degree in Multimedia/Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the digital environment; if you have not quite reached the Senior level yet, don't hesitate to apply - with us, you'll gain the finishing touches to get there

Benefits & conditions

In addition to great benefits , we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
